runnin’ a race without a finish line
and i’m losing again like every other time
behind my best intentions, a shadow of doubt
you’re sharp and you know it and i’m bleeding out
and one thing i know for sure
is that nothing is sacred anymore
you’re leaving again like you always do
but don’t tell me you miss me cuz you didn’t have to
and all that i know for sure
is that nothing is sacred anymore
what if love isn’t enough
isn’t enough
what if love isn’t enough
is it enough?
runnin’ a race without a finish line
and i’m losing again like every other time

I think it's difficult to write songs about something other than romantic love, and still be able to communicate the intensity with which those feelings can hit a person. Some of the entries on this album are fantastic examples of this niche. dani_bloop

Hard Rock is my heart, Synthwave is my soul. Keepsake was a great addition to my musical tastes and collection; Now comes... Giving The World Away. By far my favorite track is "Take My Hand." It definitely resonates '80s and one band in particular... The Cure. If only Robert Smith would listen to this; I could only imagine what a collaborative effort between the two would possibly sound like.
